Directions to property: From Exit 283 - Woodstock/Interstate 81, take Rt. 42 west 5.4 miles. Turn right on UnionChurch/717/Liberty Furnace cross bridge/turn left, and then follow Rt. 675 northwest, but bear left where it splits and stay on Rt. 717/Liberty Furnace road for another few miles. After crossing small bridge, turn immediately right onto Cold Spring Rd./Rt. 691 which is a dirt road, go 1/2 mile to Farm Rd. 252 which is first road on left after crossing over Bridge/Culvert. Farm road 252 sign is small, brown and located on right hand side of this road about 1/10th mile after the turn. Follow 252 road for 1.4 miles to our property corner which is a green gate on your left across the road from the forest service sign/white pipe gate. Farm road 252 is narrrow, rutted by log trucks and if you are traveling by car, you should be careful of your vehicle clearance as gravel is piled high in center. The right hand point of the property on map below is where the green gate is located.
